    "Our insurance let us down having booked an emergency contractor to fix our boiler so I called Plum-IT on the 23rd at about 3pm, they arrived at 11am on CHRISTMAS EVE and fixed our boiler. The insurance company fobbed me off with not being able to find anyone because it was Christmas, Plum-IT could have done the same but instead the lovely lady who took my call was really understanding and did everything to give me confidence that they would help. The two guys who came to us (arrived early!) went about their work with total courtesy and professionalism and fixed the problem, AMAZING service!"
